Instruction on cancelation

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any justification. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the date you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the purchased goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us—MICHAEL PIETRAS sp. z o. o., ul. This can be done via a written statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the provided withdrawal form, but doing so is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, your notification must be sent before the 30-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon cancellation of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you opted for a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard option we offer). The reimbursement will be processed promptly, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used unless another arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. However, we may withhold the refund until we either receive the returned goods or you provide proof of having shipped them, whichever occurs first.

You are required to return or hand over the goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility. You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
