General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern all purchase orders placed through our online store, accessible at www.ForbiddenPen.de. This store is operated by MICHAEL PIETRAS sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Wędrowna 6/91, Lublin 20-819, Poland.

1. Scope of Application
These Terms regulate all orders placed via our online store.
For business customers, these Terms shall also apply to future transactions without requiring further formal notice. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by business customers shall not be considered valid unless explicitly agreed upon by us in writing.
2. Contract Formation and Modification Options
The contractual relationship is established with MICHAEL PIETRAS sp. z o.o.
By listing products in our online store, we make a legally binding offer to enter into a contract regarding the displayed items. Customers may add items to their shopping cart without commitment and review or modify their selections at any stage before completing the purchase. The contract becomes effective when the “Order” button is clicked, signifying acceptance of our offer. Upon submission of an order, customers receive an immediate confirmation via email.
3. Contract Language and Storage
The contract can be concluded in English.
We retain a copy of the contract and will provide the order details along with our Terms and Conditions on a durable medium. For security reasons, the contract text is not accessible online.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery costs, if applicable, are specified alongside individual product listings.
We exclusively ship products; personal collection is not available.
5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our online store:
- Credit Card: Customers provide their card details upon checkout. After authentication, the payment is processed automatically.
- PayPal: Customers are redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm payment. The transaction is initiated upon order submission and processed immediately.
- SOFORT by Klarna: Customers using online banking with PIN/TAN verification can complete payment via SOFORT. The transaction is executed immediately after order confirmation.
- Google Pay: Payment requires registration with Google Pay and authentication of the transaction, which is processed instantly upon order submission.
- Apple Pay: Available exclusively via the Safari browser. Users must be registered with Apple Pay and authenticate the transaction, which is processed immediately.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to statutory cancellation rights, as outlined in the withdrawal policy. Businesses are not granted a voluntary right of cancellation.
7. Warranty and Complaints
We are legally obliged to provide products that conform to the contract. Consumers’ statutory warranty rights apply according to the laws of their habitual country of residence.

If returning a product is required for complaint resolution, we will cover the shipping costs. If returning the product is impractical due to its nature, the customer must make it available for inspection at its current location.

We assume full liability for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents in the following cases:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent misconduct

Beyond these cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and direct damages at the time of contract formation.

11. Final Provisions
